Cute House in Frankenmuth
The house is really cute on the outside and the inside. Shelly was great and answered any questions I had without delay. She even had a treat from Zehnder's waiting for me when I arrived. Nice neighborhood too. I went for a walk by myself and felt very safe. The shower head in the main bathroom is a little low, but there is a shower in the basement as well. The water temperature and water pressure were great. I would definitely recommend this property and hope to stay there again next time I am in the area.

Viola’s Place
The is was my first time using VRBO and I couldn’t be happier. This beautiful home was equipped with ANYTHING and EVERYTHING I could have possibly needed. Clean, comfortable and bright…it is minutes from all of the stores and the Bavarian Inn which is where our event was. We were so comfy, we didn’t want to leave! Great home and a great stay!

Cute, clean and close to all we wanted to see and do. To our surprise we arrived to a beautiful and delicious “Happy Anniversary” cake from Zehnder’s Bakery. Perfect place for our long weekend visit to Frankenmuth!

The home was lovely and the owners were very accommodating. We were there for Snowfest 2024 and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Kitchen was well stocked with cooking utensils, skillets, plates, kuerig and regular coffee maker. Hope to return again sometime.

Thanksgiving in Frankenmuth
This house is awesome! We have three children who go to school in the north east, and we are from California. Instead of flying our children out west this year, we chose to fly to them and celebrate Thanksgiving in Frankenmuth. The house is awesome. It fit all our needs and we had a blast. It has a foosball table in the basement, which we don’t have in California, so it just seem need to be underground. The host had a Zehnder’s’s pastries, waiting for us as we had a late arrival. The host has all the amenities you might need. If you forget your toothbrush, or any regular amenities, they have them fully stocked in all the bathrooms. It’s an awesome house to stay at and we would fully recommend it.

This was our second stay here and once again we absolutely loved it!!! The whole house was decorated so festively for Christmas. If you happen to forget something, Shelly has some extra items in the bathroom which is a nice touch. The washer and dryer were great and so was parking inside a garage. We are already talking about coming back next year .

The house was lovely and cosy. It was filled tastefully with the holiday spirit and treats for the kids and adults alike. The beds and couches were soooo comfy and the basement was a great place for my son to commandeer his own TV. It was close enough to drive to all the festivities in Frankenmuth. There were brochures to connect us to events and shopping. We had a great time!

This house is just so cute! As soon as we walked in we felt so comfortable and welcomed. There are all the amenities from coffee and pods to nickles to play the machine. The home was so nicely decorated for fall. We thoroughly enjoyed our weekend!

Perfect girls weekend!
Everything was great! This was the perfect place to have breakfast on the back patio before spending the day shopping and exploring the town. The location was just close enough for a convenient drive to the heart of Frankenmuth, but far enough to be out of the chaos. It was wonderful returning in the evenings to relax. We would definitely come back!

Great house for a family. There are stairs, so I wouldn't recommend for a family with very young children or people with mobility limitations. The house was super clean and the owners were among the most friendly and communicative I've encountered. The owners live next door, and it's clear they take great care of this house, it's not just a rental property to them. The beds were comfortable. There were plenty of toiletries and towels. The house was beautifully decorated and the host even left treats for us to enjoy. We truly felt at home here.

Making Holiday Memories
This was our third year stayng at Viola's Place. After a few fun days spent in Frankenmuth we look forward each evening to family time back at the house. Board games, stories and laughter have created wonderful memories. The house has met all of our needs. Very clean, comfortable and well stocked. Decorated beautifully for the holiday season. Viola's was lovely - highly reco.
In a nutshell, could not have been happier with Viola's place, the central location, the extras, and all the "small details," which were impeccable. in wat has been a very hard year, Viola's was a place to rest and find joy. my girlfriend and I felt like we had been taken back in time with this quaint house with old world details while loving/appreciating the amenities of a modern rental i.e. excellent high quality linens on all beds, toiletries were exceptionally stocked should one forget something, the shower pressure was amazing, the living room couches were of exceptional quality, the bedroom vanity station set-ups valued, kitchen supplies and accoutrements left no wants, and the decor was beautiful, but restrained, thus not overly cluttered. Coming all the way from Oregon, I will definitely rent Shelley's house again as everything was so easily accessed: .5mi to old town Frankenmuth, a Kroger, the fire station, a gas station, a CVS, and St Julian's Winery tasting room were all located less than .25-.5mi in either direction + the area is beautiful for running/walking the local neighborhoods. Additionally, we loved it so much, we chose to stay an extra day and communicating with Shelley to extend was fast and seamless. Thank you Shelley! Can't say thank you enough for the welcome respite Viola's place offered.

What an amazing home. The house is so warm and welcoming. This house has everything you’ll need including the most stocked kitchen I have ever had in a rental. The house was very clean and well kept. Perfect for the four of us to stay for the weekend. Enjoyed the gas fire pit each night and relaxed in between our activities. We had a girls weekend away. And had a great time during the annual Bringing Back The 80’s festival. If you’re in the Frankenmuth Area. Viola’s Place is an amazing rental property. Frankenmuth Family Vacation
Since our family lives in different parts of the country, we will always remember our special vacation in the fabulous Viola's Place in Frankenmuth, Michigan! This was an exceptionally special time for our family and the host Shelly welcomed us on arrival with a box of beautifully decorated Spring cookies and a box of chocolate fudge. We were so pleased to feel right at home and comfortable in this warm, friendly, and beautifully Spring decorated home. We visited the shops and restaurants downtown and then came "home" and enjoyed relaxing evenings around the backyard firepit. We also had fun playing the board games, air hockey, and the slot machine in the downstairs gameroom. When a leak happened involving the upstairs bathroom sink, I contacted Shelly right away. She and her husband, Derek, immediately handled the situation. He inspected it and called for a plumber. Since a plumber couldn't get there until the next day, we used the bathroom sink downstairs in the meantime. The hosts insisted that since we were inconvenienced by this, they asked if we thought it was a fair recompense to refund us the money for one of the days we rented. I thought that was MORE than fair! We appreciate the due diligence and the kindnesses shown by Shelly and Derek and feel that they are exceptional hosts! We will gladly rent Viola's Place again!!
