"We had a very positive experience at the Welcome Hotel. It is in a perfect location, just take an elevator across the street to get to the beautiful Old Town area. The room was clean and comfortable. The staff, especially Kristen Thiele, were all friendly and helpful. Kristen went out of her way to help us with the train scheduling. The included breakfast was wonderful. Our only complaint was that the shower was very small. Overall, a great hotel and we would definitely stay there again."

"Very nice hotel in Michelstadt five miles outside of Marburg. Small farming village of 800 people. Nice walkable village. Great, reasonably priced restaurant at hotel. Staff friendly and helpful."

"Great location and very helpful staff. I arrived at the hotel and had booked my reservation for the next day, not the day I arrived. The reception at the desk was luckily able to change it for me to keep the same room and the same rate. I really appreciate the help on this as some hotels do not accommodate errors when it is the guest's mistake. The hotel and room were lovely, and the hotel is in a great, central, very walkable location to everything in town and the train station. I highly recommend. "

"Das Hotel wird von Gästen der benachbarten Deutschen Vermögensberatung genutzt. Das ist ein Strukturvertreib und deren Mitarbeiter haben nicht das enstsprechende Nivau für so ein Hotel. Das müsste auf der Homepage des Hotels deutlich gemacht werden. Der Aufenthalt wurde durch diese Gäste deutlich getrübt. Der Wellnessbereich laut und voll. Die Bar laut und voll. Der Aufenthalt in diesem ansonsten schönen Hotel war schrecklich. Das Benehmnen der Mitarbeiter der Deutschen Vermögensberatung grenzwertig (Prolls). Nie wieder Vila Vita Marburg."
