Super Wohnung alleine reicht nicht

Vorweg muss ich sagen , das wir eine schöne Zeit hatten. Die Wohnung an sich ist super gelegen, direkt am Kellerwald und im Großen und Ganzen wäre sie auch eine erneute Reise wert. Ich fühle mich deswegen auch nicht wohl nur 1 Stern zu gebenDetails spare ich mir hier, aber leider weiss Fr.Roschlak sich gut aus der Affäre zu ziehen, wenn ein Vermieter nicht alles so vorfindet, wie es sein sollte. Die Anzahl an kleinen Ärgernissen ( vom versifften Backblech, über defekten Sauger für den Ofen - Obwohl ich angehalten worden bin, diesen vor jeder Nutzung ordentlich zu reinigen...usw) hat uns die schöne Zeit und den Geburtstag meiner Frau doch sehr betrübt und wir werden die Wohnung in keiner guten Erinnerung behalten

Sehr schöne Unterkunft für Gruppen

Wir waren mit 5 Personen dort, dafür ist die Unterkunft sehr gut geeignet. Genug Platz und schön eingerichtet. Sehr netter Kontakt mit der Vermieterin. Die separate Abrechnung von strom und Bettwäsche/Handtüchern ist ungewöhnlich, wurde aber in der Beschreibung auch so angegeben.

Wunderschöne Ferienwohnung

Wir, meine Frau, unser Hund und ich, haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Die Ferienwohnung ist wunderschön und liebevoll eingerichtet. In der Küche fehlt nichts - doch: ein Schnapsglas, ich hatte von meiner Frau einen AuPiNo zu Weihnachten bekommen und konnte ihn nicht probieren...😢 Ansonsten haben wir uns wie Zuhause gefühlt. Die Bilder zeigen den aktuellen Zustand / Ausstattung der Wohnung! Eine kleine Wohlfühloase. Beim nächsten Urlaub in dieser, landschaftlich sehr schönen Gegend, werden wir diese Ferienwohnung erneut buchen. Danke an unsere Gastgeber für einen super Kurzurlaub über Weihnachten 2023.

Der Hilfsbereitschaft/ Erreichbarkeit des Hausverwalters war top bei kleinen Problemen. Ausstattung der Küche, könnte überarbeitet werden. Gläser ausreichend, Teller könnten aufgestockt werden. Heizkörper im WZ ließ sich nicht regulieren. Für einen Kurzurlaub war es sonst soweit okay.

Sehr gepflegte FeWo zum Wohlfühlen

Wir, 2 Erwachsene, 1 Kind und 1 Hund verbrachten schöne Tage in der im Feriendorf Frankenau im EG des Objekts (besteht aus 2 Wohnungen)gelegenen FeWo. Das Objekt selbst ist ca. 30 Jahre alt und liegt sehr ruhig am Rande des Kellerwalds. Zum Edersee fährt man ca. 30 Minuten. Die Wohnung (ca. 75 qm) selbst ist sehr gepflegt und sauber, geschmackvoll eingerichtet und sehr gut ausgestattet, von der Küche bis zu Gartenmöbeln. Sie besteht aus einem geräumigen Wohn-/Essbereich mit integrierter Küche, einem Tisch für 6 Personen, großer Couch und einem Pellet-Kaminofen. Die Betten sind sehr bequem. Von der Terrasse hat man einen schönen Ausblick auf Frankenau. Im dazugehörigen Schuppen kann man Fahrräder abstellen. Übernahme-/ und Übergabe des Objekts waren reibungslos und die Kommunikation mit den Vermietern und mit dem zuständigen Hausmeister sehr freundlich. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt und können die Wohnung nur weiterempfehlen.
