For shared use: natural state property, pond. In the complex: restaurant with TV, kiosk, sun terrace. Bread roll service. Grocery 8 km, restaurant 2 km, bakery 2 km, bicycle rental 15 km, bus stop 400 m, railway station "Frankenberg" 15 km, outdoor swimming pool 6 km, indoor swimming pool 15 km, thermal baths "Bad Wildungen-Reinhardshausen" 20 km, bathing lake 12 km. Golf course (18 hole) 25 km, tennis, indoor tennis centre 400 m, walking paths from the house 100 m, cycle lane 500 m, gondola lift 27 km, fishing possibilities 700 m. Nearby attractions: KellerwaldUhr 500 m, Schloss Waldeck 27 km. Well-known ski regions can easily be reached: Winterberg 45 km, Willingen 50 km. Well-known lakes can easily be reached: Edersee - Herzhausen 13 km. Hiking paths: Nationalpark Kellerwald 500 m. Please note: suitable for families. Neighbourhood highly sensitive to noise. Quietness and good behaviour expected. Some of the holiday homes can be reached via steps. At the park entrance there is a bistro/café with a sun terrace, Sunday breakfast buffet, children's cinema, table football (limited opening times outside of the season). Terrace, lawn 200 m2. Terrace furniture. Facilities: children's high chair. Internet (WiFi, free). Parking at 10 m. Please note: non-smokers only. 1 small pet/ dog allowed. Private entrance, smoke alarm, fire extinguisher. Access from the parking lot to the apartment via 7 steps. The 1st floor is mostly closed and uninhabited. Bookings accepted for holiday purposes only.

Frankenau is een plaats in een mooie omgeving, huisje ligt bijna naast het natuurgebied met veel mogelijkheden voor wandelaars.

Es war wunderschön!

Die Lage der Wohnung so nah am Wald war für uns mit Hund fantastisch. Die Wohnung war liebevoll eingerichtet, so dass man sich sehr wohlfühlen konnte. In der Küche fehlte es fast an nichts! Leider hatten wir zuerst Probleme mit der Heizung im Wohnzimmer, bis wir heraus fanden, dass sie über die Klimaanlage lief. Schade war auch, dass wir zwar einen guten Fernseher da hatten, aber keine HD Karte, dadurch nur eine eingeschränkte Senderwahl. Insgesamt aber positiv, wir kommen gerne wieder!

Die Beschreibung war in allem zutreffend, für Hundehalter ist die Lage unschlagbar gut! Man ist direkt am Wald. Himmlische Ruhe! Sehr komplett ausgestattet.

Herd defekt, kein Backofen, 30% der Leuchtmittel defekt, Betten im zweiten Schlafzimmer morderich, knarren, für Erwachsene ungeeignet. Die Gegend war allerdings wunderbar, Haus direkt am Waldrand Preis - Leistung nicht okay

Goldene Hochzeit

Wir haben dieses Ferienhaus für den Tag unserer Goldenen Hochzeit gewählt. Da vor Ort keine Lokalität ist, haben wir unserem Service vertraut, es war ein wunderschöner Tag, unser Service hatte eine kleine Überraschung gebracht und uns gratuliert. Am Abend haben wir uns vom Taxi zum Restaurant fahren lassen.
