Very clean and friendly staff, I had a great 3 nights.

Being an Expedia Gold Member I’ve stayed at many hotels in the Vancouver area. This hotel is a nice, average, OK hotel. It certainly not like any of the ratings so far. It’s a little old and dirty both in the rooms, in the hotel, very small workout facilities, the area is pretty unsafe with lots of drugs and such around Granville. Three out of the four times I requested my car through valet service. It would take 15 or 20 minutes or more just for your car to come and I usually waited. Unfortunately, I would not stay again. Also, they did not provide me with some of my Expedia Gold benefits, which right out of the gate was not a good sign.

Convenient electronic entry for garage, building, room! Super easy to find! Having a supply closet for refills on essentials is brilliant! VERY CLEAN!
