"The room was clean and the staff was very kind. The indoor pool was smaller, but very clean. We loved that the place had a pool and hot tub next to each other. The two bedroom suite gave our family of five plenty of room. The beds were comfortable. The hotel is outside of town, but has a gas station next to it so that was convenient."

"Fantastic communication from host for this well appointed cabin. We enjoyed all the wildlife with daily visits from hummingbirds, woodpeckers, deer, and elk. The porch offers lovely views and shade throughout the day. WiFi accommodated remote work. Plenty of parking."

"Truly a spectacular experience! If you are looking for a peaceful mountain retreat, this is perfect! Alexa has thought of everything a guest would need or want! The kitchen was well-appointed and the bright beautiful living space with incredible picture windows made you feel like you were with the wildlife you have the joy of viewing. Modern amenities in a serene setting made this the getaway we were hoping to enjoy. The Great Sand Dunes weren't too far away. However, we didn't want to leave our stay in Almost Heaven. It truly was a piece of heaven for us!"
