"One of he elevators wasn’t working and the front staff did not tell us that. It felt like I was sharing a room with the people next-door. I could literally hear their conversations the whole night and they were arguing back and forth. The heating system would turn on really loud and it was worse at night time because it was quiet. "

There was no one to help us with the water in the morning. I had to wash in freezing water (unacceptable). Then I received an additional bill that went to my credit card in the afternoon for parking?!? I called the hotel and they told me it was removed but I will not see it for about 5days. "

After a comedy show, we got to the hotel hoping to get some food and drink but the bar was packed with long lines and one bartender who kept his cool but was obvo very stressed! We ordered some simple food which took a long time and was not great. Things were just chaos basically. Hotel in general was good but I'd advise you to eat and drink elsewhere. "
