Two-room apartment in a villa, second row from the sea in Francavilla al Mare, 70 meters from Lido Venus beach club and about 100 meters from the public beach, in the heart of Francavilla’s summer tourist center.
Designed for couples and families with 1–2 children seeking space and practicality, it is also suitable for smart working. The owners live on the ground floor and are always available.
One double bedroom, living room with sofa bed (max 4 guests), two bathrooms (one with bathtub), kitchenette. The exclusive 40 sqm terrace is accessible from the shared garden; there is also a service balcony.
The private shared garden is equipped with professional sun loungers and umbrellas that can be taken to the public beach using a dedicated trolley. Fiber Wi-Fi, 4K smart monitor with Netflix and Prime Video, washing machine.
