The apartment is laid out as follows:

- LIVING ROOM with KITCHENETTE (gas stove, refrigerator, freezer, oven, dishwasher, espresso pot, kettle, toaster, wine glasses, and various kitchen utensils), dining table, sofa, and TV;

- BEDROOM with a double bed and a wardrobe;

- BATHROOM with shower stall, sink, toilet, and bidet;

- BALCONY with a small table and outdoor chairs.



ADDITIONAL AMENITIES AVAILABLE TO GUESTS: unlimited Wi-Fi, air conditioning (split system in the living room), independent heating, washing machine (on the balcony), iron and ironing board, clothesline, and hair dryer.



A cot is always available; a high chair can also be provided upon request for an additional fee.

The use of air conditioning and heating is subject to compliance with current Italian regulations (Presidential Decree No. 74 of April 16, 2013; Ministerial Decree No. 383 of 6.10.2022).

Summer: The average air temperature must not fall below 26°C for all types of buildings.

Winter: The weighted average air temperature must not exceed 19°C. The heating season and the daily operating time depend on the climate zone defined by the regulations.

Pescara Climate Zone D: 11 hours per day from November 8 to April 7.



For check-ins between 8:00 PM and midnight, a surcharge will be applied, payable in cash upon arrival, as follows:

- EUR 20 from 8:00 PM to 9:00 PM

- EUR 25 from 9:00 PM to 10:00 PM,

- EUR 30 from 10:00 PM to 12:00 AM.

Check-in is not possible after 12:00 a.m., even for a fee.

All late check-ins must be arranged and approved by the host.

In just a 20-minute drive, you can reach Ortona and the picturesque Costa dei Trabocchi, a stretch of the Abruzzo coastline famous for its cliffs and ancient trabocchi—distinctive fishing structures built on stilts.
