This was my first time in London and I truly felt like royalty at the St James. Check in was smooth! Breakfast was top tier. The staff was exceptionally courteous & kind. Great location to most of the city’s major attractions. We walked everywhere, food was everywhere! The hotel had great amenities. There was a spa and tea in a garden and more. I was very happy with everything. I highly recommend. I will definitely return in the future.

We had a wonderful stay at the Royal Lion, our room was spacious with all amenities and a lovely view of Broad st. All the staff were very friendly, welcoming and helpful. The food was amazing too with a great menu! Well done everyone!
