"Very clean! Close to everything in Golden. Easy to find. We had to leave at 5:30am and the man working the front desk was also the valet given the early time. He was very thoughtful and turned on my seat warmers for me when he pulled the car around. "

"We had a great stay here!!! Everyone was very accommodating and the room was nice and clean upon arrival!! The location was perfect for easy access to the city or mountains. We truly enjoyed our stay. The bartender down stairs was super cool too!! We enjoyed talking with him! Golden is a GEM"

"The staff are very nice and helpful. The suite had a very loud refrigerator and either needed replaced or a new fan. The room had a scent machine that was awful. The scent was overpowering, stunk and when I asked the front desk if they could turn it off, they said they couldn’t. The scent is so strong and not pleasant it affected my breathing. I had to open windows. The area is not secure and I do not recommend for a single woman. Several men loitered around the back door and leaving it propped open. I was very uncomfortable taking my dogs out at night. Not family friendly at all."

"Disappointing. The cable was out for 2 days, the ice machine on the 4th florr didn't work and the microwave in my room 417 was broken."

"Everything was excellent, except that the room had clearly had a smoker staying in it. Since I am allergic to cigarette smoke, it was a little difficult to sleep there. I have to say that I was really impressed by how quickly the staff came to the desk as soon as I approached--no matter what time of day it was! Overall, we were very pleased with our stay."
