The hot tub by the waterfall - facilities included

Located just south of the center of the island, this comfortable and spacious retreat boasts a 12 seater wood burning hot tub (private, hot when you arrive, and electrically heated overnight), a gym, firepit, outdoor TV & fridge, and a great BBQ, all in the secluded social area next to the river at the rear. With the TT course a mile north, and shops and pub 1/3 mile south, its the perfect retreat from watching the racing or exploring the island.

NB: All amenities are private and free to use, including the tub & wood for the burner & firepit.

We had a great stay! Tim was easy to communicate with, the house was clean, and as other guests have said - the photos don’t do it justice. The bedrooms are good sizes and we had everything we needed. My daughter appreciated the tvs with access to app subscriptions. The hot tub is huge, very relaxing. Lovely to have a fire and outside space. Being next to the stream and right by the waterfall was a great bonus.

One night getaway

Lovely property set over 3 floors with all mod cons and full bathrooms on each floor. Has great entertaining space outside wuth hot tub, bbq, fire pit, seating areas both covered and uncovered. Would definately stay again. We stayed for a relaxing stress free night chill out night before my daughter's wedding. We were all impressed by facilties, and our host Tim. Who welcomed us warmly and took us through the house and facilities.

Exceeded expectations

Great comms from Tim before check-in and during stay. Property was even better than shown in the advert photos - both inside and out. Inside the rooms were comfy and the bathrooms/showers luxurious. Beautiful views from living room and both bedrooms, and lovely balconies. Chest of varied games for kids/all ages and swings outside that the little one loved. Firepit, BBQ, hot tub made for very relaxing evenings. A great central location that makes exploring the island easy. Would definitely stay here again in the future.
