"Spotless, tastefully decorated, with a comfortable bed, easy walk in shower, helpful notes of instruction, ice cubes, tea kettle, 2 coffee makers, kitchen supplies, snacks, extra blankets and towels. All was much appreciated. And the HVAC was working well. The temperature was quite comfortable."

"The property location is excellent. Close to campus and things to do downtown. One draw back is that because it is close to campus weekends can get loud. Parking is in the back of the house.
