"When we arrived we found that the property was not cleaned properly. There was a plastic cup on the porch, dirty kitchen floor, empty water bottle in the bedroom, and dirty beds. Lights didn’t work in one of the bedrooms and we couldn’t find the thermostat as it was too hot during our stay. We tried to contact the owner many times and left a voicemail but they were completely unresponsive despite sending automated messages to us about contacting them if we needed help. "We wanted to stay on US side after traveling to Niagara on the Lake and Toronto in Canadian side on our return trip to catch flight home. Great location to see nighttime at the Falls, and enjoyed great dinner in Lewiston recommended by B&B. Very close to Whirlpool state park ( a must). Great BB for enjoying Niagara Falls/ park."
"I would not advice anyone to stay on this property. The location is unsafe i would suggest you google it before booking. We had a police officer tell us to lock our door and not go out after dark. We ended up booking another house as we did not feel safe. The doorknobs and conditions of the house is also not safe. The house has cockroaches. I would not recommend this place for anyone specially if you have kids. "

"Even though check in was at 4pm. I had a drive of 7 hrs. so I arrived before 4pm and was able to check in one out of the two rooms I reserved at 2p instead of having to wait until 4p and the free valet is a plus. I will stay there again next year.
