"Overall, the stay was good. The sheets on the beds were not matching and the wrong sizes, which we found odd; there were no mixing/storage bowls in the kitchen, and there were a lot of odd and end dishes that a person wouldn't use. The lanai ceiling fan did not work, the exhaust fan above the outdoor grill did not work the toaster did not work. We did call our property contact and she put an order in, but maintenance didn't fix it. We bought a toaster and took it with us, my husband fixed the ceiling fan, and we had to request a broom, mop, and vacuum because there was nothing at the property. Eventually, our contact quit responding to us, so we had to put a complaint in to her supervisor, Adrian, who was fantastic!!"

"The host, Ken, was the best host I have ever rented from. The house was immaculate. Every year I rent a house so my family and loved ones can get together. I plan on making this my yearly house if available. Ken handled any questions/concerns that I had and seriously made it an enjoyable weekend, even with my family lol"

"Only complaint is the ‘brown gravy and biscuits ‘was not as good as the traditional white gravy. The cook/ keeper of the food area was very nice. "

"We really enjoyed the spacious home and the outside tv seating for our group to hang with in the am and evenings. The pool and flotation items were very relaxing. The hot tub was enjoyed too!"

"The property just didn’t live up to what we were expecting. The pictures showed a large lot and we were excited for extra space to fish. Fishing wasn’t great. The lot, while large, was not kept up well. Lots of sticks and yard debris when walking to the canal for fishing with no designated path. The pool area has some very loose bricks and those became a concern when wet. This property advertised in both the listing description, and pictures, an outdoor tv. When we arrived we didn’t see one and reached out to the host. We did get a response same day but, the next day being Easter, we didn’t hear back with a resolution until Monday. We were told that one would be installed on Wednesday. When they came, they didn’t have the correct mount, so the tv was placed on the ground, just a few feet from the pool. As a family with 4 kids, this was less than ideal. They were supposed to come back Thursday but didn’t. We messaged on Friday to ask they not disturb our last day. To our surprise, we received a knock at the door from two people who identified themselves as employees. The original person had a polo with the logo for the company. The visitors on Friday were wearing street clothes and absolutely made me feel uncomfortable. We’ve stayed at dozens of properties in the Cape. We’ve gone back to many. This would not be one we return to."
