"the shuttle to the mayo was great however you have to plan for at least 1 hr for the return trip. The down fall is that so many people in Rochester going to the mayo may be in a wheelchair, like myself and a very rare amount of shuttles form hotels are handicap accessible. This hotel work because I did not join my husband."

"I'd like to think the staff at mainstay I am handicapped I have two broken legs a broken back and two broken fingers and they were always willing to help me bring in whatever I had to take up to my room they were always respectful courteous and very friendly I recommend this hotel highly on my list I will be going back in fact I've already made reservations thank you"
