"Didn’t get to use the amenities. The hotel room with 2 queen beds had good size. However, the bathroom had drainage issues on first use so we had to ask for help. The beds were ok & clean but the beds’ foundations need to be updated as the fabrics showed torn."

"The Comfort Inn is a clean but old building. The price is justified with the place condition. The staff were very kind and friendly. The breakfast doesn't offer much. Overall is very close to shops and the ocean. "

I had surgery bear by and would of loved to be able to have some breakfast the day after. i don't think it’s any different than buying food and bringing it up. So that made no sense to me. But everything else was nice. "

"The room was very nice. Bed was very comfortable, but the staff was very rude and unprofessional. I felt discriminated on because I was not of their nationality. Once the lady saw me coming up to the counter. She put on rubber gloves just to handle my credit card and my drivers license very odd . They were very rude and not welcoming, but when others came by, they were very nice and professional.They treated me like a a homeless person that just came off the streets even when I checked out, they purposely didn’t mention anything about my deposit being returned when I asked for it, they said have a seat. And they radioed a staff to check the room five minutes later they gave me $100 deposit without saying anything just handed me the bill. This was the worst experience that I ever had in all the hotels that I’ve been through I would not recommend going to the Ramada in Garden Grove, unless you’re of Asian descent. And this is coming from an Asian a Filipino, who looks Hispanic."
