"Everything about the stay was perfect. They even let us check in early with no fee. We come to Disneyland every year and this is the only place we stay. "

"Convenient location close to shopping and freeways, needs some updating, carpets old, dirty, no fridge, bathrooms little dingy, old definitely needs some remodeling updates but overall for the price it was fine and do able and I loved the water pressure in shower!! "

"Really enjoyed the property and location. Very family oriented. On site laundry was helpful. Full kitchen is nice to have. Would prefer more frequent housekeeping. Our stay was 5 nights, we had one refresh after asking for it. Refresh was bare minimum. No coffee replacement, soaps etc. Always going to office to get things like that as well as fresh towels is annoying. Its a hotel, not an apartment rental. The cut back on housekeeping cheapens the experience. This is a vacation, should feel like one. Highly recommend changing that policy. Hand soap is horrible. Good breakfast offerings. Lots of waffle machines is nice. Staff was excellent. Pool warm and a nice break. Overall a great property and we enjoyed it. Just the things i mentioned take away from the experience --too bad"

"It was a phenomenal stay. We had a suite, and the space was amazing along with the views. The hotel could use an update and a less sensitive smoke detector that didn’t go off every time we used the shower, but that’s a nitpick. Fantastic hotel for the price!"
