"On our arrival the manager was extremely rude stating we had not paid, when I showed him our paid confirmation he was still rude, complaining that he hadn't been paid. Eg no black out curtains (light was on outside all night and curtains were almost clear in colour), safe did not work, single sheets on double beds, no towels. "It’s not the best place to stay. I hope they can fix it the hospitality over there the people that work there. When leaving, they were laughing and not helping at all…… the second guest had health issues devices to be plugged in and cannot stay in the room because the electricity outlets were flickering"

The property is beautiful. The walls of the hotel are very thin and someone brought their dog that barked so loud it was kind of upsetting in the morning."
