The hotel itself is rundown and poorly maintained. Common areas and rooms were unclean and showed signs of neglect. During their stay the plumbing was a major problem — toilets and the sewer system were not functioning properly. This created unsanitary conditions and significant inconvenience for the family. Given the discrepancies between the online description and reality, the safety concerns in the surrounding area, and the serious maintenance and cleanliness issues, I cannot recommend this hotel. Management should address basic repairs, deep cleaning, and update their listing to accurately represent the property. Prospective guests should exercise caution and consider alternative accommodations."
