"We stayed here for two nights, very lovely clean room, fully equipped. Breakfast is an option if you like but we didnt decide on it. The beds are comfy and the rooms are very lovely. Heads up if you plan on travelling into Vienna on a Sunday, the bus only stops once an hour and last bus is at 7pm so later you would need to take uber we also didnt know coming back into the hotel late in the evening that on Sundays the bus doesnt stop at the hotel bus stop after a certain time instead it turns left and misses around 4/5 bus stops one of them being the hotel one which was a bit hard but we managed. There are ubers running if needed. Overall a lovely stay easy check in even at 11pm. "

"Close to the public transport, easy to get to the city, shops are nearby as well. Need to work on basic toiletries and shower amenities. Or at least let the guests know a head of time."

"When I arrived, the room had trash on the floor and under the bed. There was also a hole in the back of the door, like someone punched it. The kitchen was dirty and the fridge had moldy food in it - the moldy food was still in the fridge when I checked out! For a one week stay, I was given only one bath towel. No hand towel or washcloth. There was no mat for the showers and nowhere to place your clothes while you showered, except for the dirty floor. On the second day, I requested help from Expedia to cancel this reservation, but the hotel never responded to Expedia. On the fourth day, I ran out of toilet paper. I notified the hotel and was informed that they only provide one roll. !! This was not disclosed ahead of time and all the toilet paper was in the bathroom for each of the 4 guest rooms to use. There was also no WiFi even though it was advertised to have it. The front door to the apartment was often left wide open and unlatched, which is a huge safety concern. I definitely do not recommend this property. "
