I was very surprised that my daughter was checked and warning by the security while she’s late back to the hotel, and the tone was not friendly, and she felt it’s offended, it’s definitely not a pleasant experience. It’s our first time staying at this hotel and we were having business trip here. The hotel definitely need to do something for that!

Nice hotel
Hotel location is great, just short walk from subway. A large mall just opposite the hotel. It was a good thing the mall has everything - food, shops and supermarket. Bfast provided could be improved. Variety is there but definitely a Hilton standard.

Great Experience
Typical Hilton hotel at a bargain price. The only negative is that you are a fair distance from Guangzhou. However, very close to metro station and easily walked with wheeled luggage.

We had a very good Experience at Hilton Garden Inn Foshan. The Hotel's staff is very helpful they speak English. The Location of the Hotel is also very good. There is a Mall just opposite.

Excellent location next door to a large shopping mall with several floors of dining choices. Walmart in basement of shopping centre. The hotel rooms are well appointed, good size and a good selection for breakfast at the buffet. Excellent place to stay if working in or near Foshan City

Great location, clean and comfort hotel
Right next o shopping mall, park and subway station. The hotel is quiet new and in very good condition. The mattress is very comfy. The room size is good.

Convenient and Friendly
Good and convenient location with easy access to metro and shopping malls and park just opposite. Friendly staff and efficient service. Breakfast buffet needs to be improved and longer timings for room service would be useful for those who are on the move and return at night. Currently room service only available until 9PM.

Fantastic Hotel
It is a fantastic hotel.Staff are very efficient and friendly.Near to Metro.Opposite Walmart Supermarket and shopping centre.The beds are very comfortable. Thank you for a great stay.

Everything was great except customer service
We love the hotel, the room and everything. However customer service was very bad. We asked for directions but they were not helpful at all. They can pick up calls while answering our enquiries and just brush us off.

Better than expected
I was a 10 year diamond Hilton member and this hotel is better than most of the main line Hiltons. Extremely clean, great breakfast, staff is friendly. This hotel sets a new standard for Hilton Garden. This would be my main hotel in Foshan that i stay at every time i visit
