"Hotel Elephant is a must stay! Staff are friendly and welcoming. Every we looked there were amazing art and historical scenes to appreciate. The indoor pool and sauna were wonderful. Breakfast had plenty of options and just going for a walk in the gardens was a relaxing and peaceful experience. Bus Stop at the door was a bonus 🙂"

"Booked this last minute. Was £210 for the night. And not worth £50! The rooms are just awful plywood concoctions the shower is in the middle of the room there is no air conditioning and the window won’t open if there is a slight bit of rain. The bunk bed at the top had disused curtain rail at eye level when you got out so you basically juggled having sight in one eye over needing to use the toilet in the dark! I honestly cant say enough DO NOT STAY just find somewhere else it’s just a dump that’s supposed to be a ‘boutique’ 😂😂"

"It is a small very clean hotel, well maintained and neat. The rooms were very clean and the hotel is well located. The staff and the manager were extremely helpful and polite. Marcos (owner and manager) is an amazing guy. He offered us free of charge breakfast and he even gave us a free ride to the train station. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone traveling to Bressanone and I will certainly stay there when I visit Brixen again."
