After MANY cancelled flights at DFW, I found this hotel on the expedia app for a last minute stay near midnight. Many customers were in the same boat. The desk agent was amazing. This nice, clean, and affordable hotel was exactly what we needed for a few hours to rest and shower. I highly recommend!

There is a huge line to check in, at least 50 others wrapped around the lobby. It is 1 am. There is only one clerk and he moves at the speed of a glacier. I will never return to this God forsaken place!!!

I liked the property, it’s safe and quiet. House keeping not that good. I traveled with my mom who is handicap and needed more towels and bigger trash cans.

I bet some prison cells are nicer than this hotel's rooms! I was given a a handicap accessible room near the elevator. upon entering the room I was overwhelmed with the stench a wonderful smell of what seemed like years of a oil deep fryer with a top note of of recent puke. The bed was filthy , sheets grimy.....I could go on. Pure hell on earth. Asked to be moved and was told no rooms. Barely slept as the elevator brought to the floor loud drunks. I had paid for two nights, walked out after one, life is too short, this place should be closed.

A nice place to stay, but noisy.
The hotel is very nice, well decorated. The walls of the room were very thin. You could hear talking at all hours. The doors opening and closing at all hours. My shower soap and conditioner was empty. There were black long hairs on the bed and towles. Every thing seemed clean though.

Stayed here for a night, great lobby area- updated parts included elevator and hotel rooms bathrooms, something that could be updated would be the couch in the room as it was suppose to be green color but instead was brown from overuse. Love that they have premium channels.

The only negative about the place was the bed. Just was not comfortable for either me or my wife. We didnt sleep well at all.

Very Satisfied Guests
The property is in a great location. It is very clean, the rooms are spacious and comfortable and the staff is very friendly. The only thing that I didn't like was having carpeting in the rooms. This is my own personal preference for any hotel room and not a criticism of this particular hotel. Aside from that one thing, everything else was terrific. We will definitely stay there again. I highly recommend it.

We’ve stayed here before and really like that it’s close by restaurants and the stockyards. The parking garage is so convenient and the lobby area is really nice. Staff was friendly and professional.

Everything was great other than the air conditioning/heating. We had a few people freezing in their rooms before we figure out the thermostat. Fair to say it was user error, but mentioning it since multiple people in our group had the same issue.

A decent stay overall. The room was quiet and spacious the couch inside of the room needed cleaning, the TV could not be viewed from the bed, and the shower head was very small.
