"The room itself is clean, looks nice, and it is comfortable. We stayed 3 nights (2 of them not booked on Expedia) and for the most part the staff was completely unfriendly and unprofessional, except for 2 valets on our 3rd day there. When we first arrived the staff was having an argument amongst themselves that we could hear from the waiting room. Our second day someone entered our room without knocking and when they saw us they immediately left without apologizing or giving us any explanation. The valets took forever to get our cars and again for most part they weren’t even in their designed spot, we only have competent valets on our 3rd day. Our 4th and last day, my friend needed to use the lobby restroom and the host said they didn’t know where it was. The area is also not great. I’d rate this hotel as a 3.8/5, just because of the poor customer service and bad area, but the amenities are good."

"Nice hotel, rooms are small. Parking was nice 1st night 2nd night was horrible as there was a huge event in which made things hard. Couldn't access the pool through the front, gym was not in use and the lobby was full. Breakfast cost was $15 for adults and $12 for kids. In which our kids would probably have just eaten a bowl of oatmeal. Shower was amazingly hot, the room door was hard to open."

"We thought the hotel was very nice, exceptionally clean, and the staff was very helpful and friendly. We will definitely stay here again when visiting Arlington, Six Flags or the Stadium. The location was perfect!"

"Excellent location for gameday, short walk to AT&T stadium. My only complaint would be the gym, very small and basic for an upscale hotel and the amount of money it costs to stay. Rooms were descent sized and we had an excellent view of the stadium. The pool offered excellent views but did become overly busy and crowded. If your into all night partying, then this is the place for you...if you like a more quiet calm scene then I would choose Lowes across the street"
