Kitchen has brand new appliances and has everything you would need to make a meal. Each room features a queen bed and workspace. Back porch equipped with multiple seating areas and charcoal grill.
We are here if you need but we will leave you alone if you don't. Feel free to contact us if you need anything.
It is a quiet residential area
Car is the best get around. There is not much within walking distance of the property.

We’re excited to host you. To help every guest enjoy a positive experience while respecting our neighbors and the integrity of the community, we ask that you carefully review and follow the house rules below.

House Rules – Madella

No smoking inside the home — $500 fee if any smoke or smoke odour is detected.

No parties, events, or large gatherings.

No unauthorised guests at any time without prior approval.

Maximum occupancy: 10 guests total, including children and infants.

Please book for the correct number of guests in advance.

Quiet hours: 10:00 PM – 8:00 AM.

Any damage, excessive cleaning, rule violations, or evidence of smoking/vaping, parties, or unauthorised guests will result in additional charges.

Parking Policy – Madella

This property has a four‑vehicle limit.

Park only in the driveway or directly in front of the house on our side of the street.

Do not park in front of neighbouring homes or block driveways.

Pet Policy – Madella

Up to 2 dogs under 50 lbs, or 1 dog up to 100 lbs.

Pets must be house‑trained and included on the reservation.

Pets may not be left alone in the home unless crated.

Keep pets off all furniture and beds.

Clean up after your pet both indoors and outdoors.

$100 non‑refundable pet fee per stay.

Any pet‑related damage, odours, or extra cleaning/flea treatment will be billed.

Check‑In / Check‑Out – Madella

Standard check‑in time is 4:00 PM or later.

Standard check‑out time is by 11:00 AM.

Early check‑in may be possible only if the property is ready and our cleaning schedule allows it, and must be requested and approved at least 24 hours before arrival.

Same‑day or last‑minute early check‑in requests are generally not possible and will usually be declined.

Late checkout may be possible only with prior written approval at least 24 hours before departure.

Any late checkout request made within 24 hours of check‑out will be denied due to cleaning and scheduling.

Remaining past 11:15 AM without written approval will incur a late checkout fee of $50 per hour (or partial hour).

Remaining past 1:00 PM without approval may be treated as an extra night and charged at 2× the average nightly rate plus any operational costs.
