When we arrived, they gave us the wrong room, which didn’t have a sofa bed. They switched us, but when we came back from dinner late, we realized the plugs, the TV, and the lights next to the bed didn’t work. We couldn’t watch TV or charge our electronics. I called the front desk, and they told me they couldn’t do anything until tomorrow, or we could move again. However, we are exhausted, have already moved once, and have unpacked. We check out tomorrow. Front desk person didn’t seem to care too much. For the price I paid, this has been an awful experience.

The A/C in room 242 was not working properly and made the sleeping conditions difficult. The room would not cool off at all. Besides the A/C the hotel is excellent.
