Other things to note
NO PARTIES!! The neighbors will call the police if guests are loud and disrespectful and quiet hours in the back yard are after 10pm until 8am. Guests will be removed with no refund, if they do not abide by our house rules. If the police are called for any noise or problematic disturbance before or after quiet hours all guest will be removed without refund. Pool heating fees are additional $100 per night and will have to be paid a minimum of three days before booking.
