"Everything was perfect again...... besides the bar staff. One girl bartender (reddish hair, maybe late 20's), was absolutely amazing. The rest couldn't have cared less. On their phones. Talking to each other about Halloween or what not.... we left 3 times dues to not even being acknowledged. Went to the Loews Live bar, much much better. Overall, 9/10 besides that situation."
"Quite literally the best hotel I’ve ever stayed in. Comfy beds, cold ac, HUGE tv. Staff were very nice and got us put up quick. We will be staying here in DFW from now on and nowhere else. When im saying this place was spotless, new, and amazing. I mean it. DO NOT OVERLOOK THIS PLACE. This place is indeed AMAZING!"
