This loft is your quiet claim on a one bedroom with kitchen and washer/dryer on the second floor. It’s perched above a doctor’s office in a building with simple grace. Six suites total—the two downstairs are for business, but the four upstairs are for living—and you’ve got one of them. A short stroll lands you on Magnolia Street, where some of Fort Worth’s best tables wait for you.

The other three units are up for grabs as well. Book them with friends, family, and colleagues—people who travel together but don’t crowd each other. The space is about the quiet vibe. A siren might hum through the Medical District now and then, but you’re in the city, right?

Really great place to stay while in Fort Worth. A few blocks from a number of awesome restaurants. 3-4 min drive to downtown. Super clean, easy and WAY less expensive than any hotel in the vicinity.

Fantastic Location

Last year, we stayed in a boutique hotel downtown. This year, we decided to return to Ft. Worth and stay in a VRBO near Tulips for the Southside Spillover Festival. Smart decision on our part. This location is walking distance to good coffee and the best block of restaurants we've found in Ft. Worth. The owner was also very friendly and responsive.
