This loft is your quiet claim on a one bedroom with kitchen and washer/dryer on the second floor. It’s perched above a doctor’s office in a building with simple grace. Six suites total—the two downstairs are for business, but the four upstairs are for living—and you’ve got one of them. A short stroll lands you on Magnolia Street, where some of Fort Worth’s best tables wait for you.

The other three units are up for grabs as well. Book them with friends, family, and colleagues—people who travel together but don’t crowd each other. The space is about the quiet vibe. A siren might hum through the Medical District now and then, but you’re in the city, right?

Wonderful Location with Great Touches

We had a lovely time. The location is perfect, just a few minutes walk from all the great restaurants on Magnolia and also close to the cultural district and downtown area attractions. The apartment was even nicer than the photos and our host was quick to respond to inquiries.

Perfect location

We came into Fort Worth to enjoy a long weekend visiting friends. The VRBO rental was perfect. Very clean and such a great location within walking distance of Magnolia, and all the great restaurants.

Great Location Great Value

This property was super clean, comfortable, and very nicely decorated. It is just a block off Magnolia where there are all kinds of shops, restaurants, and nice bars. It's also just a short driving distance to downtown and the South Main entertainment area. The check-in instructions were detailed and easy to follow. We would definitely stay here again.

Was a nice place close to the convention center. We came for a competition at the convention center so it was nice to come back and make our own food and have a place away from the noise. Would rent this place again. Check in and out very easy!

Quiet and restful with access to great food

TAQUERIA SAN ANDRES! Got that out of the way. The property was clean and easily accessible. Pictures were 100% accurate. And the proximity to Magnolia restaurants was prime. 100% recommend staying here.
