This loft is your quiet claim on a one bedroom with kitchen and washer/dryer on the second floor. It’s perched above a doctor’s office in a building with simple grace. Six suites total—the two downstairs are for business, but the four upstairs are for living—and you’ve got one of them. A short stroll lands you on Magnolia Street, where some of Fort Worth’s best tables wait for you.

The other three units are up for grabs as well. Book them with friends, family, and colleagues—people who travel together but don’t crowd each other. The space is about the quiet vibe. A siren might hum through the Medical District now and then, but you’re in the city, right?

Roomy urban apartment with natural light

Apartment was exactly as pictured and described; plenty of space and lots of windows (that were easily shaded when I wanted privacy). The location is very close to great places to eat on Magnolia Av and on Rosedale; also easy driving to Cultural District, parks, zoo, downtown and freeways. Would definitely stay here again. Access was easy while also being secure.

This was our second time staying here. We again enjoyed the short walk to the many Magnolia Ave restaurants (and just one block to Spice, a great Thai spot!). The natural light of all the windows was again nice, as was the balcony (although it was a bit chilly to stay our there very long!).

Nice and Clean

Great place to stay. I want to say, the bed is one of the most comfortable i have ever slept in. Perfect place to go for visits to downtown Fort Wort, well worth the trip out to this beautiful city.
