Welcome to the Captain’s Cottage! An open concept, sunny private home with your own private Hot Tub to relax and unwind.

Only 8 minutes to Downtown Fort worth ,Dicky’s arena and the historic stock yard via the Chisholm Trail. Only
30 min to cowboy and ranger stadium
This corner lot home has 2 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms open for your use. Located in a safe quiet neighborhood, 1 block from police station.

The nautical themed living room has a wall of glass that beckons you to enjoy the beachy backyard. Your private oasis features a 900sf deck with whirlpool hot tub, regulation horseshoes, grill and fire pit.

Large front courtyard welcomes travelers to sit and relax. Walking distance to a nearby park with tennis courts and a playground.

There are 3 golf courses in town as well as bass fishing on Benbrook Lake, all within a few min drive.

Light a fire in the fire pit, relax in the hot tub, or relax on the couch and log into Netflix and chill.

This house comfortably sleeps 6 people. Master has a king bed and is an en suite with fully stocked shower tub and closet. Second bedroom has a twin over queen bunk bed, and also has an en suite bathroom with bathing and hygiene essentials that opens to the living room. Couch is a pull-out to allow for additional sleeping arrangement.

All basic amenities will be provided including WiFi, towels, linens ,soap, shampoo and basic cooking necessities. Management on call 24/7. Home has full laundry facilities.

Available for long-term rental (28+ days) for a 10% discount.

Captain’s orders :
NO parties. Only registered guests allowed in home.Parties or special events must be arranged in advanced with the captain and are available at additional cost/rate

The captain’s cottage has a lot of great amenities like water features, fire pit, jacuzzi and regulation horseshoe pits! While these are spectacular features they are not child friendly and we ask no person under the age of 10 stay here in the home.

The Home has 24/7 front door and side gate video surveillance. And is monitored. The property manager lives across the street and is available to answer any questions or resolve any issues you might have.

Home has keyless entry and a new door code will be provided for each stay. No person to person contact is required!

We have implemented a minimum 10 hours between guests checkout and check in for proper cleaning and safety.

Please do not hesitate to message us with any questions and early checkin is usually available apon request.

Great Stay

Check in process was very easy. Our check in time was at 4 and we asked the owner if we could come in earlier to which he agreed and allowed us to come in earlier. That was already a big plus off the start and once we arrived we were even more pleased to see a cute home nicely decorated and clean. The house had all the things you’d need for a perfect week away. The neighborhood was also very pleasant we encountered no issues while we stayed. Highly recommend staying here.

Well stocked with everything we needed.

We visited Fort Worth to see friends and the Stockyards. The hot tub was a wonderful place to relax after a busy day. The house is stocked with everything we needed. We also discovered some nice little diners in the area for breakfast. Our favorite being West Side Cafe. If we return to the area we will certainly try to stay there again!!

We had the best stay. So close to all things Ft Worth without the cost. Benbrook has all the nice local places to eat plus convenient stores located near by. Super safe and friendly neighborhood. Would love to stay here again.

This home away from home is exactly that. It was perfect for our family, had everything we needed and more and is conveniently located to multiple restaurants and local shopping. The home itself was very clean and just as described. My communication with James was timely and thorough. I highly recommend to anyone visiting the area.

Great house with a hot tub

I specifically reserved this house because of the hot tub even though it was a little farther out than I wanted to stay. Hot tub was amazing. I also looked forward to soaking in a relaxing bath but where the tile met the tub had some mildew or mold there so I didn’t want to do anything other than shower.

Relaxing Getaway

The house had everything we needed! After mentioning we were planning on grilling they even made sure we had a full propane bottle. Loved the Hot tub and easy access to Dickies Arena, downtown Fort Worth, the zoo and botanical gardens. Great place to stay, the hosts were easy to contact and very responsive! When we walked in we could tell it had been cleaned very recently and there were more than enough towels, blankets and swim towels for everyone to use. Checkout was a breeze too! It was everything we were looking for.

Relaxing Stay with Friends

Very good location with easy and quick access to freeways, quiet neighborhood, easy check in. Although we did not use the hot tub or the back yard, it looked very inviting. The ideal overall rating I would like to give is 4.5 but you have to give a 4 or a 5. I would recommend this property to others.

Wonderful place, perfect getaway!

My boyfriend and I get to see one another once per month. We don’t live in the same state so we meet for downtime together. This home tops the charts. This is a fabulous getaway place

We were in town for the CrossFit Games. We absolutely loved this house and everything it had to offer!! It was a quick easy trip to Dickies Arena. The house location is perfect to hop on the highway or run to the store real quick, in less than 5 minutes. The hot tub was perfect, the house was clean, the sheets and pillows were nice and clean, we cooked at home and watched Netflix most nights, it was absolutely perfect! I highly recommend this property!! We will be back!

Great place!

This house had everything you needed. It was cozy and comfortable. Clean and organized. This place even had fans stowed away which my partner and I very much like for sleep. The hot tub very relaxing and easy to use. Again no complaints. Could charge more.

The hot tub was a nice touch. The dishes available to cook/utilize were slim, but we made it work as best we could. The cleaning needs attention (floors, cabinets were sticky/dirty, blankets and shower curtain not washed)
