The staff were great, very helpful, hospitable, friendly, check in was quick, the rooms were clean and comfortable, loved being able to control the temperature, and the continental breakfast was good, my fellas enjoyed the pool (that was their highlight, mine was the comfortable beds)! Only issue was the tv, the maintenance guy came right in and fixed it, the phone didn’t work in the room, and the door was hard to get in because the metal was loose. Oh, the Shower bar needs to be replaced and repaired! We would definitely stay again if we were in the area!

Rarely saw any staff, including at check out. No housekeeping during two night stay. Desk chair broken and nearly tipped over. Very poor water pressure. Pluses were being quiet while close to services.

We didn't even get a chance to stay. It was overbooked, which is not the hotels fault. Expedia, you are on the hook for messing up. However, the lady at the front desk was super helpful in finding us accommodations at a different hotel.

Smelled like incense. AC/heat unit very noisy. The ‘breakfast’ was 2-3 day old bagels. No shampoo. Too many people just sitting in the lobby doing nothing. The TV channels were limited to broadcast TV and CNN. I did not stay a 2nd night.

I’m sure this would be a fabulous property and receive a better review however, the pool which is what I wanted was not available due to a maintenance issue.

It was okay kinda sketchy the doors where flimsy and doornobs where loose. The rug had a rip in it and the hall ways smelt like cigars

For breakfast there wasn’t much to eat when they say they have complementary breakfast when I book the place. They said the swimming pool was up and running that wasn’t up and running when we got there. The toilet in the one room did not wanna work and I also booked a Jacuzzi suite and the Jacuzzi only worked when it wanted to.

After check in, we drove around back of the hotel to park. As soon as got there, there was a crackhead sitting on the sidewalk with 2 children and she was watching someone working on her jacked up car. After we grabbed out luggage and headed the rear door we noticed the card reader to let you in was completely missing. So absolutely no safety because anyone could inside. On that note, the nearest camera was about 100 feet down the hall. Our room was the 4th room down that hall. No vending machine. A distinct odor in the hall. The complimentary breakfast consisted of coffee, juice, bagels, mini muffins , yogurt and dried cereal. There seemed to be alot of people always hanging around the back of building. Unless its absolutely necessary, i wouldnt stay here again.
