This place is phenomenal for the price. I’ve stayed in 200+ hotels all over the U.S. (Large majority in the Midwest) and for the price point, I haven’t found a better hotel. Exceptionally clean, easy parking, easy in and out, solid staff. The first floor is a ginormous liquor store with good prices and good selection, which doubles as a convenience store with everything you need. There’s an interior smoke shop, a pool table, ready to eat food, arcade machines, a lottery machine, and all kinds of other novelty purchases at a solid price. Very satisfied with the property conditions and amenities for the price. Will stay here every time I’m even close to the area.

Best Motel I’ve Ever Stayed At!

Exceptionally clean room, stocked with everything we needed!!! Friendly staff, especially Vivek…he was very helpful with anything we needed!!! Comfortable beds and chairs. Recently remodeled including a rain shower head in the shower. Decor was done very well. Close to Shipshewana and other attractions. Liquor store, convenience store and gas station with a few games like pool, basketball and arcade games in the same building! IHOP is permanently closed but a new Crunchy Chicken restaurant is coming soon!

Best place ever

By far one of the best hotel stays I have had ever. Thick walls and concrete floor, did not hear anyone else. Slept so soundly. Will definitely keep that place in mind if I ever find myself back in that area

Everyone was was nice, especially the man who bandaged my husband's arm after falling in the shower. Please beware when you first walk into the shower by the door, and there are no grab bars. The room was nice and larger than any we have stayed in. Overall, it was a good room except for my husbands fall. I suggest you at least put in grab bars.
