This amazing house in Columbia City offers 3 cozy bedrooms - one with a queen bed, two with bunk bed, and three with a bunk beds and a twin pull out trundle. 2 full bathrooms, this nice property also features a living room with an additional queen bed. Large kitchen with all tools you need for a home cooked meal. Or enjoy one of the many restaurants nearby. The finished 1/2 basement also has a sofa sleeper, tv, coffee bar, and a full bathroom. Guests can enjoy amenities like a washing machine, WiFi, AC, and heating during their peaceful stay. A great place to call home while enjoying beautiful lake view. We rented this property because it is close to Union 12 wedding venue. It was clean and spacious. Looks like the inside has been newly renovated. The owners were excellent to communicate with and we enjoyed breakfast looking at the Lake from the screened in porch.

Great Little Place
Great little cottage right on the lake! Has everything you need to enjoy the Tri Lakes area. Only feedback is the listing mentions having 2 bathrooms and it despite my best effort to find a second, there's for sure only 1 here.
Great, affordable option otherwise, would recommend.

Very clean, nice lake cottage with great view of Shriner Lake to the front and Cedar Lake to the back. We did and early “Thanksgiving “ at the Lake and it was fine. Could use a few more glasses, plates and utensils … service for 4 was all I found and parking is limited 2 to cars but we brought disposable plates cups utensils. Netflix and wifi and 2 separate bunk rooms. Worked for us. We had a good time and owner very nice and communicated. Thanks!

Not the best experience
No access to the water from the house (the dock is dilapidated) The closet/basement areas weren't clean and finished (questionable wiring) the parking was tight. The rooms were very small. The mattress was worn out.
The hosts were nice enough, although the previous tenants left meat in a cupboard, and when we followed our noses after a couple of days, we had to dispose of it ourselves. YUK. Apparently they were at work.

We really enjoyed our stay here! Jeff was so great with communication and encouraged us to relax and enjoy our time. The house was cute and had everything we needed. We definitely had a full house with 2 adults and 6 kids but the space was enough and we had no complaints.

Short and Sweet
Jeff's house worked out well for us and the weekend we had planned - we were within range of Kalamazoo, Fort Wayne, and Shipshewana. This place is pretty little, our large family of 9 made it work, though. Upstairs was clean and well supplied, although we opted not to use any facilities downstairs, which still needs finishing. We were not here for any water stuff - the season was wrong, but I can imagine this is a fun place for summer!
