"A lovely beach resort. The courtyard with the two pools and a hot tub is beautiful. The entire place is very clean and feels very safe. They have lots of activities (movie night, DJs during the day, restaurants onsite, etc.). If you're traveling with a dog, it is a very nice place to stay. Easy places to walk your pet. Room was nice albeit bathroom a tadbit smaller than I'd prefer but it was clean and had all of the essentials. Highly recommend this place for a beach vacation. We stayed 4 nights. Convenient drive to many great restaurants. You can even walk to a nearby pier."

"El hotel en general esta muy bonito, todo nuevo y decoracon hermosa, comodo y excelente ubicacion. Todo limpio y el personal muy amable. El restaurante del hotel bueno, le daria 8/10. Lo mejor de todo es tener la playa a un paso. Tienen una ducha afuera para quitarse la arena de playa antes de entrar a las instalaciones del hotel me parecio excelente. Y ofrecen el servicio ( hay que pagarlo aparte) de las sombrillas y sillas que tambien es una buena opcion para que el no lleve. Asi que en general nos gusto mucho, volveriamos."

"We stayed at this facility for the last 4-5 years. We bring my granddaughter each year after the school ends. The facility was great. My only complaint is that there were many visitors at the pool that were not hotel guest. At lease 10 spanish speaking children were in the pool the last day until around 6 PM. They were all around 14 - 17 years of age with no visible adult present. They all got into a Chev. Black Tahoe typy vehicle when leaving. I and my family tried to use the restroom several times but it was either locked or someone inside. If you have to request a key to get in their should be a note on the door. Grandaughter and spouse didn't feel confortable getting in pool . Sorry but may go somewhere else next year."

"I was not happy with my stay. As I was in the bathroom, a roach crawled out from under the sink toward me, then some silver bug crawled out from the other side. When I took a shower, there was a message on the mirror saying Spy boy duck making me feel very uncomfortable. They obviously did not clean the room from the people prior to me coming. The jacuzzi was taped off like something happened. The elevators were scary slow and was scared I was going to get stuck. I didn't want to try the breakfast. I was ready to go. I prepaid for almost a full week and only stayed one night and still have not got a refund for the days I was not there. This is poor customer service. I would not recommend this hotel, even if it is close to the beach."
