This charming coastline view condo is located on the sixth floor. With a west-facing private balcony, #605 affords you the most beautiful sunset views! You can't beat the sights you'll take in; you will be dazzled by the colors produced at sunset. You're guaranteed to be taken by at least one sunrise or sunset during your stay in #605. To the North, there's a lovely view of the intracoastal Waterway, a bonus. The entertainment center for the 42-inch flat screen TV also features a DVD player and a CD stereo system. The kitchen is fully equipped with a microwave, full-size refrigerator/freezer, sink, dishwasher, and stove, along with all the dishes, toaster, pots, and utensils to prepare and serve meals. There's even a Keurig coffee maker to help you start your day on the right foot.

This studio condo was perfect for our quick getaway. The views from the sixth floor balcony were a great place to relax with morning coffee or an evening glass of wine. The beach was very accessible. The condo was well equipped with everything we needed. So glad we stayed here instead of a hotel!

Studio in the beach

Overall we enjoyed our stay! The weather was unfortunately cloudy/rainy the entire time we were there. I know that there’s nothing you can do about it, so we made the most of it! The studio was plenty big for the two of us. The view from the balcony was beautiful! We liked the area - close to a lot of shops and stores but still quiet. We would recommend adding a smart tv on the chance of bad weather like we had in order for more viewing options. Also, the kitchen could be more stocked with cooking items like seasoning (salt and pepper at least) oil etc.

We love the Ft Walton area and staying in this condo was great! We had a view of the sunset and the ocean. The outdoor furniture is comfortable and good for outside meals. The bed was very comfortable. The kitchen was stocked with cooking supplies. It had a toaster and pod style coffee maker. It was everything we needed. We will definitely stay here again.

Fantastic location, Great Room

Our flight has been delayed and we didn’t arrive until very late. Check in was easy and fast and the room was just as pictured! It was perfect for 2 ppl but could have easily accommodated 4. View from the room was great and I loved being far enough away from the hustle and bustle but close enough it was just just a short drive if we wanted to do other things! We didn’t use the kitchen much, but having the coffee maker stocked with pods was a super bonus! Would definitely stay again!

Perfect little room!

The room was great! Very close to the elevators, with a beautiful view of the water. The sofa bed is really in need of replacement; we just put it back up and both slept on the bed, which was very comfy. The pool was nice, however we did not use it. We chose to Uber instead of renting a car, and it was marvelous; never having to wait very long at all for a ride was nice! We had a wonderful trip; we will definitely stay again!

It was okay.

Had the room been properly cleaned I would have enjoyed it more. Sheets and towels were dirty. Hair all over shower. (Gross). We found broken glass beside the pool. Upon arrival I asked for new sheets they told me they can’t change them for me so we had to re make the bed that we never even used.

Very nice and relaxing

We loved the room . IT WAS VERY CLEAN and alot bigger than we thought. Very spacious. Great side view of the beach and ocean. We watched the dolphins come by in the mornings. They have shuffleboard and corn hole, which me and my husband used. Very friendly people and so relaxing. LOVED IT. Right on the beach so not far to walk and this room ,605 w , offered beach chairs and umbrella which was great.
