"Hotel was very nice and clean, room was clean. Very convenient having a fridge and microwave in the room. Views were fantastic. Pool was clean, bar was great and had good food too.
A couple downsides, I got a text message before the stay asking if I wanted to “pay a discounted rate for parking” I selected yes and still got charged for the full amount after we left the hotel at the end of our stay.
The walls are so thin we could hear every single conversation and noise that either of our neighbors made on each side of us.
The newly remodeled bathroom looked great but the faucet for the sink was literally almost unusable, it was the wrong size and you couldn’t hardly wash your hands without running your fists into the back of the sink. The shower also leaked all over the bathroom floor through the shower doors.
The last thing was I got a $6 charge a couple days after we left for “2 bottles of water” in the room. We never touched these $3 bottles of water, but got charged anyway. We reached out and the hotel never replied.
Would love for someone to contact me about these charges and the problems we had with the hotel but it seems like they don’t care."
