This well-appointed, snowbird-friendly studio in Fort Walton Beach is ideal for couples looking for a romantic getaway! Located on the ground floor, you will be steps away from the beach of the Santa Rosa Sound. Enjoy the shared pool at Pirates Bay and the marina access. Surprise your guest or even yourself with a delicious meal or beach snack thanks to the fully-equipped kitchen. It's complete with a full-size fridge, stove, oven, microwave, and two coffee makers (Keurig and drip). There is no dishwasher available. Feel like going out? You are centrally located close to shops and area restaurants. Additional amenities include a comfortable sofa bed, a table, a TV with cable, and a private patio.

Great place to stay!

We had a great time here. The room worked perfectly for our needs. The only inconvenience was not enough counter space for preparing food. We loved fishing off the dock, swimming in the pool (although it did need to be cleaned), and enjoyed the small beach area. We will definitely be back.

Real relaxation!

This place is on the bay and so quiet and peaceful. We enjoyed the beautiful view, sitting by the water and the pool, walking out on the marina to look at fish. Everyone was friendly and welcoming. Even with kids at the pool no one was rowdy and it was very peaceful.

Very well maintained except for entrance to property. The landscaping needs to be cleaned up and update. This is the first impression and it is not good. The room was updated and very clean. Best bed ever. Sliding door needs to be replaced. I’ll be back and hopefully I’ll see some changes. Thanks for a great week.

Anniversary trip

Location was ideal. Everything was great. Only thing we had an issue with was on the day of chedk out, which is at 10am NOT 11am (not crazy about but whatever) check in later and check out earlier. Anyway, We had a loud police-like knock at 9:15am morning of checkout. Really? Is it necessary to start cleaning a room 45 minutes prior To check out? How rude. We felt extremely rushed and very uncomfortable. Not how we wanted to end the trip, on a Sunday morning at that with a ride to drive home in front of us. Not only that, she knocked and then walked away paying no mind to me or what I had to say. Maybe management tells them to go around and bang on the doors prior to checkout? That is my perception. Please educate your contracted cleaners and provide them with check out times and rules of etiquette in a hotel. Thank you.

Super cute and clean

We stayed at B102 for a short weekend trip to visit my husband while he is at work . It was small but perfect for us and our girls ! Will definitely book again if he is ever working out here.
