Overall we would stay here again. Easily checked in online in advance. Notified that our room was ready earlier than arrival time. Room was clean and had plenty of supplies for our stay. I hope the issues we had were on an off chance and that it's all been resolved for the following guests.We arrived around 11p and had issues with door code not working. After some phone calls, we were able to enter after they unlocked the door remotely. We had to be careful not to all leave the room due to not having a new code to enter until the office opened at 9am. With having small children, we spent several hours just waiting to speak with someone to be able to leave our room to get breakfast, access the beach/pool, or leave in general due to not having updated code and being locked out of our room. The bands required to enter the beach and lazy river area were not in the room, and we were unable to get any throughout our stay. We had to pull up our reservation info several times in order to access these areas since we didn't have the bands. Otherwise, we had a good stay, and hope these issues wouldn't happen if/when we are to return.
