Place was perfect for my family with teenagers. The boys enjoyed fishing around the ponds during the downtime. They caught so many bass one was close to 5lbs. We enjoyed being on the golf course watching the golfers and my son enjoyed a round of golf too. This place is located closer to the bay the beach is across the highway. There is a gulf cart path to get over to the beach. The teen girls enjoyed being able to get over to Starbucks and some shops with the golf cart. The village of Baytown warf is drivable with the cart it has restaurants/bars and shopping. Overall a good experience we did have a problem with the golf cart they sent someone out the next day but it didn’t get fixed. We made due without the cart the last day we had a rental car. We would definitely stay here again.

Classic Sandestin Charm

Nicely renovated place with beautiful view of the golf course. Can also see the bay off in the distance. Rooms and beds were comfortable and we always appreciate renovated bathrooms. Great for our family of four. Thankful for the golf cart that makes the beach and Baytowne just a short ride away.

We loved the cleanliness and how much natural light there was in the villa. The decor and view of the golf course was nice. The kids really liked the golf cart. The thing that could have been improved was having more toiletries (there were only small sample sizes in each bathroom for 7 people) and more kitchen supplies. Overall, we enjoyed our time here and would recommend it to others.

Great location and condo!

We have two teens that enjoyed going to the beach and pool daily so the cart was very useful. We also were able to take it over to the pizza by the sea for one night to eat, good pizza. Very convenient. The home was very spacious and clean with everything we needed. We would return!
