MARAVILLA CONDOMINIUMS is the most popular family oriented, PET FRIENDLY, property in Destin Florida.

Our Destin Fl Rentals consist of an elegant third floor unit #2301 (VRBO Listing #850) and our popular ground floor #2106, both in the Gulf front building, #2, facing the Gulf of Mexico. Maravilla is a 33 acre resort, with the largest, unobstructed beach on Miramar . When you visit our all inclusive website, you will find a slide show of the amenities for Maravilla and a THINGS TO DO IN DESTIN page.

MARAVILLA RESORT is a gated community with two pools, hot tub, tennis court, basketball, shuffleboard, fitness room, clubhouse, beach volleyball and a 2.5 acre beach. We are centrally located to all local activities and restaurants. We also have an onsite property manager, and a wonderful beach attendant.

Maravilla 2106 is just close enough to the Gulf side pool for you to enjoy it's proximity and not the noise. You have a beautiful patio with bistro table and two comfortable chaise lounge chairs, you can relax listen to the surf, read a book and watch the kids play. Yet, you are steps to the sandy beah ,the pool, and grills. We also provide a bucket of beach toys and FOUR chairs/umbrella set upS waiting for you each morning of your visit (seasonal/March-October). There is a porte-cochere for loading and unloading and a parking space right at your door, no need for elevators. PARK AT YOUR FRONT DOOR. luggage carts available.

You are within walking distance of the popular beachside restaurant Pompano Joe's and Kenny D's. There is a walking/biking path that runs for miles alongside Scenic Gulf Drive and the Beach.

Amazing Beachfront Stay!

We had a fantastic stay at this beachfront apartment. The location is unbeatable, with stunning ocean views and direct access to the beach. The home was fully equipped with everything we needed, from kitchen essentials to beach gear, and it was spotlessly clean upon arrival.The only small suggestions we have are to consider updating the mattress in the master bedroom for added comfort and fixing the living room TV, as the screen has a blue tint. Other than that, everything was perfect, and we truly enjoyed our time here.Would definitely stay again and highly recommend it to others!

The condo was so clean and well stocked. You step out your door, and you're have a 1 minute walk for your toes to touch the ocean! Restaurants, grocery stores, shopping, etc. are so close. The owner is quick to respond to any question that you may have. Would definitely stay at this condo again!

Everything you need is available as if it's your home. Beautiful place, decorated nicely and just across the street from a beautiful ocean. Owner promt to respond as needed. The beds were very comfortable! The sofa bed was very worn and my grandson had a hard time sleeping well on it! The rest of the area was great and it was close to the pool and directly across from the gate to the property beach! It was also close to Pompano Joes!1/4 mile!

Great Spring Break

We loved the condo!! Some reviews said that it was outdated. That is not true!! We slept well, even the sofa bed. Loved the beach service! Grant is fantastic! (Only negative is on VRBO. Could not get messages in inbox to get messages for check in codes, etc.) Fortunately, i found owners number and was able to text her. She was extremely helpful! We will definitely be back to this condo!

Location, Location, Location!

You will not regret booking this Maravilla condo! We come to Destin annually and this is the best location we have stayed at so far. The fact that it is also pet friendly is a huge bonus. The kitchen is missing a few things like measuring spoons, a blender, and the fridge is not a side-by-side with water in the door as pictured but don’t let that stop you! We had no issues while staying and the communication with the host was outstanding. We will be back!

Beautiful Location

We loved our time at this spot! It was the perfect location to get to the pool and beach easily - running up as necessary throughout the day. It was also great for our dog as the first floor unit made it easy to take her out. The pull out sofa was not that comfortable for our son, but we brought a cot with, and there was plenty of room to set that up. The unit was clean and comfortable - we couldn't have asked for anything better!

Winter Getaway

Maravilla 2106 was ideal for our getaway. Nicely decorated, clean, pet-friendly condos can be hard to find. This condo is lovely and well equipped. Great kitchen, nice bathrooms and comfy king sized bed. Step right out the sliding door to walk your pup. One thing to keep in mind is the second bedroom is small. Great for kids, but two adults would strggle to fit. We will definitely be back.

Nice Miramar Beach Condo

We had a great vacation at Maravilla. The ground floor level condo was very convenient for easy access to the pool and beach as well as letting out our dog. Loved the location with central access to everything in the Destin area. The unit itself wasn’t the nicest we’ve stayed in for the price. Could use some upgraded touches with furniture and decor. Overall it was clean enough for us but needs some deeper cleaning in certain spots. Communication with the property manager was usually quick and the couple minor issues were resolved satisfactory. One of our bigger complaints was how beach service was handled. They expected you to go down there very early to reserve any good spots on the beach then wait by the chairs they gave you until they “checked you in.” It was very inefficient and confusing. Overall I’ve rated it a 4 of 5 and would consider staying here again. The many pros outweighed the few cons.
