Located on the 4th floor at Market Street Inn, this 1BR-2BA condo offers a spectacular view of the tropical pool complex. Recently updated with relaxation in mind, the tasteful décor reflects peaceful coastal colors in muted tones. The living area is designed with comfortable seating including a queen sleeper sofa and a 55" HDTV-DVD. Our kitchen is fully equipped for ease with meal preparation. The bedroom offers a king bed with a new mattress and an adjoining full bathroom with a bathtub/shower. Conveniently located for guest’s use is an additional full bath with a shower. For added convenience, there is a stackable washer/dryer in the condo, and WIFI is complimentary.

Amenities unique to Market Street Inn are a fitness center, community BBQ grills and covered parking. A quick elevator ride downstairs opens to all the action at Baytowne Wharf. Hop on the complimentary tram and take a ride to the most beautiful beach with bright white sand and clear blue water!

Walk to world class restaurants, boutique shopping, and a variety of family-friendly activities such as a zip line, bungee-trampoline jumping, evening entertainment, a carousel, rock climbing wall, and a childrens’ playground. CANCELLATION: Reservations that are cancelled more than 30 days prior to the arrival date receive a full refund. Reservations cancelled 14-29 days prior to arrival receive a refund of 50% of the amount paid. Reservations cancelled within 14 days of arrival receive no refund unless the guest purchased travel insurance. Guests are required to complete a rental agreement by electronic signature within 3 days of booking.
