"The house was perfect. This is the best house I've stayed in over the years. The host provided everything that we needed. The beds were comfy, and they provided plenty of towels. I was able to control the thermostat, which was great. What I especially liked was that the kitchen was stocked with coffee, tea, cereal, and even seasonings and condiments in the fridge. In most places, you have to buy those things yourself. Just a warning, the stairs leading to the apartment are pretty steep. With that being said, I would definitely stay again. "

"The room did not have significant amount of heat the convexor was blowing semi.Hot air. Evan, when the thermostat was set at 80 degrees. I left the room much earlier than I anticipated 4 AM. Spoke to the clerk as I was returning my swipe guard and she says yes. The rooms are cold. Her herself had a coat on in the office."

"The apartment was very nice. We did run out of hot water for the 3rd shower and we needed wash clothes, but everything else was great. Very clean unit and great location. I would return to this unit on our next visit to Groton."
