"For being rated a 2 star hotel, our stay was wonderful! The staff was so friendly and helpful with activity and restaurant recommendations, accommodations and check in was a breeze. The rooms were very clean, the view was phenomenal. We aren’t ones to care about upgrades but rooms could use upgrading, but worked perfectly for everything we needed! The breakfast was great and great location!"

"I knew what I was expecting, a low cost place to stay in downtown Astoria, and that’s what I got so no surprise there. The room and staff were fine. Compliments to that. The facility was worn down and poorly maintained. The hotel was on the wrong side of the tracks (literally). Next door was, I am assuming) a rooming house or recovery house. People sat out back smoking until late. There were nicer places close by where I’ll stay next time."

"The home was comfortable and the kitchen was well-equipped. We were traveling with our dog. The bare wood floors made it easy to keep things clean, especially as it was rainy while we were visiting the coast. The host was very welcoming and communications were excellent. We especially appreciated the easy check-in, check-out procedures."
