Nice historic hotel with fine simple rooms and a very attentive staff. Enjoyed the adjacent Cassels restaurant. Dicey location, although we walked around at night with no problems. Located in trendy Koreatown. Good value.

Hotel was nice, view on the 15th floor was phenomenal. Only thing I have to say is we called front desk to ask for more towels and we didn’t get them after calling twice. One of my friends called and said “we called about 30 mins ago” and the receptionist said “it was 20 minutes ago, they will be up shortly” and never came. Other than that there’s free wine for guests between 5-6pm and hotel was beautiful and clean rooms. I would stay again and hope for nicer service.

They don’t have any ice machines anywhere on property. They will not give you an ice bucket unless you buy their wine. It’s actually ridiculous. They will give you a cup of ice ir a bag of ice that melts all over your room. Check in is a hassle. This hotel is lacking and needs big improvements….not ...
