"We really enjoyed our stay at Erinleigh! The cottage is beautiful with nothing but huge windows looking out to the Russian River right off the deck. We loved sitting out in the morning with coffee and watching the great blue heron, egret and various ducks and in the evening enjoying the calm of the river at high tide and streaks of color in the sky.The living area was open and spacious, Bed was very comfortable and the bedroom is set up in the space so that you can look out all those windows. The cathedral ceilings, ceiling fan and lighting make the space so welcoming. As others mentioned, the bathroom with the clawfoot tub and shower curtain is the only thing a little clunky but the cottage itself, location and views make that insignificant.The cottage is right on Highway One but it was very quiet. There are several other homes along that stretch, and we missed it the first time but afterwards didn’t have any issues. There’s a restaurant that you can walk to with beautiful sunset views from the deck but another awesome spot for the sunset is a pull off a little past the restaurant where you can see more harbor seals than you can count. We also were fortunate enough to see whale spouts and a quick glimpse of the back of a humpback. Just want to mention another great place for dinner is Cape Fear in Duncan Mills. Only four miles from Jenner with cute little shops to enjoy.Definitely a great place to stay along Highway One and enjoy the Pacific Coast and Russian River!"

"Great place to stay in Timber Cove! We had everything we needed, including complimentary coffee, and the king size bed and futon in the bedroom accommodated my two daughters and myself very nicely, such that we didn’t have to use the futon in the living room. The patio was an unexpected touch, and Kathleen and Russell were excellent hosts."

"Beautiful setting on a small cove on Highway 1. Quiet location and neighborhood. Be prepared to drive a bit up/down the coast to find restaurants, however the kitchen is well-equipped and easy to use. Property is well-maintained in and out. We had a wonderful time relaxing and taking hiking trails. Dog-friendly trails and beaches with a leash are available but, something to prepare and plan for."

"We arrived kind of late and really wanted some tea. Marguerita behind the front desk offered to boil us some in her own kitchen and then brought it out for us. Super sweet and thoughtful after a long drive. The next morning the kind Russian speaking owner gave us another kind gesture that he did NOT have to do. Great energy in this place, beautiful views and the room was romantic, clean and functional. We’ll be back!"
