"I wouldn’t recommend this for anyone to stay. The door would hardly lock to the room we were in. It literally took all I had to get the deadbolt to twist. The hotel worker laughed when I told him how would he feel with his children in a room with a door that had trouble locking. The room stunk of mold/ mildew smell. The bedding had what appeared to be dry crusted boogers stuck to it. The refused a refund even though I checked out within an hour of being there. Hotels.Com finally initiated and got my refund after multiple attempts. This place is disgusting. I wouldn’t let anyone I know stay here."

"When we first arrived, I noticed the pool was covered. It’s June, the pool should be open. Our room was two doors down from the lobby and the immediate odor that punched us in the face was overwhelming. It smelled like mildew plus some type of commercial cleaner. They had no other rooms except smoking rooms so we couldn’t move. The floor was damp throughout the room. We had zero towels or washcloths and had to go get some, and I was handed unfolded towels. Everything in the room that can be rusty is rusty. The shower pressure was good. The HVAC works well. Beds were not terrible but not great either. Everything felt dirty and old. I was happy to leave!"

Expedias call center said it takes 24 hours to process a reservation and did not notify me of this. We tried to check-in with an Expedia reservation at 22 hours The call center was difficult to deal with"

"We definitely enjoyed our stay. The room was clean, and while the breakfast selection was small, everything was fresh and enjoyable. There’s not much nearby in terms of restaurants or attractions, but the location felt safe and was a good spot for a relaxing stay."

"Do not stay at this property. At this price, we didn't expect perfection but we did expect things to be clean. Although the pictures are accurate, there are things you don't see. Throughout: filthy floors, walls poorly patched, a permeating stink of at least six different scents of air freshener, chocolate?, and lingering tobacco. Front door lock would not open (side door lock opened fine). Bath: laminate countertops peeling apart and no caulking, rusted and rotted light fixture, toilet paper holder that was more duct tape than holder, and comically one contact lens on the floor. Kitchen: only four coffee mugs, laminate plates - all with the price and manufacturing stickers still on them. I got the distinct impression that they purchased this items and put them directly into the cupboards with no washing. No dishwasher (this was as advertised), but no sink stoppers or drying rack. Bedrooms: linens appeared new, but were ill-fitted to the bed so the bed was a wrinkled mess. Towels were new and soft, but after the sticker situation on the plates/cups, I wondered if they had be laundered. We have been away from the property for three days and our clothes/suitcases still reek of the house. What really disappoints me is that the biggest problems (dirty floors, unwashed dishes) are nearly FREE to fix. And the other stuff is not that expensive. The things that were good: very nice washer and dryer, nice stove/oven, plenty of toilet paper and soap."
