"We greatly enjoyed the house. The views were amazing and Dave was a very attentive and responsive host. We enjoyed getting to know him. There was a wonderful soaking tub in the lower bath as well as a lovely hot tub on the back deck which was great after a day of hiking. The property is only 10 minutes from the Cloudland Canyon Park which we loved hiking the wonderful trails. The only cons was that the house was not listed as a duplex. Though luckily we had the whole property mostly to ourselves for the stay. It would have been nice to have known. Also the house has a good many beautiful antiques but could use some of them to be removed as it was a bit too much and could use some updates. Overall enjoyed our stay and was a great value. "

"The lamps and tub had rust on them, ceiling was cracked and was pilling, only one roll of toilet paper, and the floors were not clean. My 8 year old's white socks were very dirty after walking around the room. "
